Simply stated, that in the highly unlikely event of you not being happy with your new Barudan machine, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days from installation date. No questions asked no hard feelings either. (This guarantee is not applicable for non stock models such as 12, 15 and 20 head machines that are brought in on special order. (And some conditions do apply) 2. A 70%, buy-back guarantee at any time within the first 12 months from the installation date. This guarantee is of particular interest to new comers to commercial embroidery. It was designed to give as much peace of mind as possible when deciding to get into the commercial embroidery space. Simply stated, in the highly unlikely event of the project not going to plan, you will have the opportunity of selling the machine back to us for 70% of what you paid for it. A full 7 year stitch quality warranty If you have had your machine serviced once every 12 months, by an Embroidery Source authorized technician, we warrant that your machine will embroider as well as it did on day one, for a full 7 years. We not only warrant the machine but its performance as well for 7 years from date of installation. (Some conditions do apply*) 5. Free telephone support We offer free, ongoing telephone support for minor mechanical issues and questions regarding machine operation. More serious problems that cannot be resolved with telephone support, might require a visit from one of our trained Barudan technicians.
