HOOPMASTER - A Must-have Accessory That Will Speed Up Hooping

& Massively Reduce Hooping Mistakes

Experienced   embroidery   machine   operators   are   for   the most   part   quite   proficient   when   it   comes   to   hooping garments   accurately   so   that   the   logo   is   always   straight and   in   the   right   position……..but   for   newcomers   to   the industry   and/or   new   staff   this   can   be   a   frustrating,   and costly procedure. Like   most   great   inventions,   Hoopmaster   was   invented   by the    owners    of    a    business    in    the    US    who    became frustrated   with   constant   mistakes   that   were   being   made in their shop.  So,   they   came   up   with   this   excellent   design   that truly overcomes those problems: The   Hoopmaster   main   workstation   and   portable workstation   provide   a   simple,   quick   and   easy   way to     hoop     garments     accurately     every     time.       Available    to    suit    most    makes    of    commercial embroidery machines.
Kit contains Main garment hooping station and a portable hooping station for smaller cylindrical items like the leg of shorts. Magnetic clamps hold the backing material securely in place whilst the garment is pulled over the outer hoop Accurate hoop position can be selected by number position on the board. Easy for new staff to repeat perfectly. Outer hoop clips into the main board so it doesn’t move around. Inner hoop with arms is held perfectly straight in spring loaded hoop fixture Fabric can be tensioned as the inner hoop is pressed into place Two round hoop fixtures included with the kit Larger hoop fixtures available as optional extras

Barudan direct-to-pocket embroidery hoop

We   all   know   how   difficult   it   can   be   to   embroider   onto   a   pocket.   In   fact   many   embroidery services   just   don’t   offer   that   service   or   charge   like   a   wounded   bull   because   they   have   to remove   the   pocket   from   the   garment,   then   embroidery   it   and   then   sew   it   back   onto   the garment again. After   developing   their   cap   embroidery   hoop,   Barudan   have   now   taken   it   another   step forward with an optional pocket hoop that clips into the standard cap hoop driver unit.
Three pocket hoop sizes to choose from       Small - 38 x 86    Medium - 54 x 86      Large - 75 x 86

Custom-Made Machine Stand For Barudan BEXT S1501 CA11

Barudan   machines   are   built   very   well   indeed   and   in   order   to perform   to   the   very   high   levels   that   our   customers   require   they are constructed with high quality steels and alloys. Like   all   high   speed   machines   it   is   important   to   run   them   on   a very   strong   and   solid   base.      Whilst   the   CA11   can   be   used   on   a solid    table,    we    recommend    the    use    of    the    optional    steel machine   stand   designed   to   provide   the   most   stable   working condition with minimal vibration.

Mighty (magnetic) Hoops

Yet    another    breakthrough    and    innovation    from    the    designers    of    the    Hoopmaster.    Mighty    Hoops    have overcome   problems   that   have   plagued   embroidery   business   owners   since   automatic   embroidery   machines were first used.   Problems like…….. Hooping   garments   (even   with   thicker   fabrics)   has   become   virtually   effortless   with   Mighty   Hoops.         That’s because the two parts of the Mighty Hoop pull themselves together with strong magnetic force. Hoop   burn   /   hoops   leave   a   shiny   mark   on   fabrics   due   to   the   shearing   action   as   the   inner   and   outer   hoop parts   slide   over   the   surface   of   the   fabric   under   pressure.      These   hoop   marks   can   be   very   difficult   to remove     especially     on     synthetic     fabrics. Mighty Hoops eliminate this problem. Regular    hoops    can    pop    open    part-way through   an   embroidery   when   working   with thicker   fabrics   like   jacket   backs   and   towels.     To    make    matters    worse,    some    of    these products   are   expensive   to   replace   and   the logos   are   often   large   and   costly   to   run.      So when    a    hoop    pops    part-way    through    a design,   you   can   lose   both   the   time,   thread and   backing   and   the   cost   of   the   product   if   it cannot   be   repaired.      Mighty   Hoops   are much more secure than regular hoops. So what’s the secret to Mighty Hoop’s success? Well   there   are   two   major   design   factors   that   make   Mighty   hoops   such   a   huge   success   with   embroiderers   all over the world. First   -   A   series   of   extra   powerful   ‘SUPER’   magnets   that   hold   the   upper   and   lower   parts   of   the   hoop   together.        Man    they    are    strong!        In    fact    the    hoops    have    a warning notice on them. You   see   a   normal   hoop   that   has   both   an   inner   and   an outer   part   loses   its   gripping   power   very   quickly   once   it starts   to   pop   open.   But   the   Mighty   Hoop’s   magnets keep   pulling   the   upper   and   lower   parts   together   very powerfully. Second   -   There   is   no   shearing   action   to   make   the fabric   shiny.         That’s   because   there   are   no   inner   and outer   hoops   -   only   upper   and   lower   parts   both   of which   have   a   rough   gripping   surface   to   hold   the   fabric firmly in place without marking. Even better - When used in combination with the Hoopmaster you get the above-mentioned advantages plus super accurate, repeatable logo positioning on garments.
